ADMINISTRATIVE

LA Ex / Alward Equipment  has very strong, competent and resourceful back office support to ensure that contract compliance deadlines are met time with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Our administration team initializes and executes start up paperwork, liaises with customer / contractor to outline a work schedule and sequence to where the trenching and excavation will commence, and continues with ongoing paperwork until job completion.

Some of the initial and ongoing paperwork to meet contract compliance include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly Certified Payroll
  • Weekly Invoicing
  • Monthly Local Hire Reporting
  • Additionally Insured Certification
  • Letter of Assent for PLA and PSA projects
  • DAS 140, DAS 142, Checklist of Labor Law Requirements
  • Core Workforce List
  • OCIP and CCIP Wrap Up Programs

Further, we will provide all necessary documentation that coincides with safety for sites requiring paperwork. They include:

Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
Heat Illness Prevention Program
Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
Chemical Inventory Checklist
